For the marriage to be legal there are 3 legal requirements to be performed during the ceremony

  • The Monitum must be stated by an Authorised Marriage Celebrant
  • The Vows, calling on all present to witness your intention and commitment to each other
  • 2 witnesses over the age of 18 are to witness the marriage and sign the certificates.
    • The rest is up to you. This is your ceremony, so be creative.

The order is basically as shown below and I am always open to suggestions!
